Territory Manager installs from this page, straight from the browser — no download from a
store. Once it is on the device it opens like any other app, and the visit path keeps working with no
signal. You sign in once after installing.
Windows tablet or laptop this device
Surface, or any Windows PC, in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
Checking whether this browser can install it…
If the button above is not offered, install it from the browser's own menu:
In Microsoft Edge: open the ⋯ menu at the top right, choose Apps, then
Install Territory Manager. Or tap the small install icon that appears at the right end of the
address bar.
In Google Chrome: open the ⋮ menu, then Cast, save, and share →
Install page as app… (older Chrome: Install Territory Manager…).
Confirm. Territory Manager opens in its own window and appears in the Start menu; pin it to the taskbar
from there.
Good to know — the first launch needs a signal so the app can fetch itself and let
you sign in. After that the pages, the catalogue and the shelf lines are kept on the device, and a count
taken with no signal is held until you send it.
Mac laptop or desktop this device
In Safari (macOS Sonoma or newer), or in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
In Safari: open tm.daveyent.com, then from the menu bar choose File →
Add to Dock, then Add.
In Chrome: open the ⋮ menu, then Cast, save, and share →
Install page as app…. In Edge: ⋯ → Apps →
Install Territory Manager.
Open Territory Manager from the Dock (or Launchpad) and sign in once. It opens in its own window.
Good to know — if you will use Visits › Excel cards to write visits back
onto your Excel route cards, use Chrome or Edge: they can update the cards in your folder with one click,
where Safari hands back copies to save over the originals yourself. Safari may also clear a site's stored
data after some time unopened, so send any count held with no signal promptly.
iPad or iPhone this device
In Safari. Other browsers on iOS cannot add a site to the Home Screen.
Open tm.daveyent.com in Safari.
Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll the sheet and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Open Territory Manager from the Home Screen and sign in once.
Good to know — open it from the Home Screen icon, not from Safari: the icon is
the installed copy. iPadOS can clear an installed app's stored data after a week or so of not being
opened, so a count held with no signal should be sent before the tablet goes in a drawer.
Android tablet or phone this device
In Google Chrome (or Samsung Internet).
Open tm.daveyent.com in Chrome.
Open the ⋮ menu and tap Install app (on some versions
Add to Home screen), then Install.
Open Territory Manager from the app drawer or the home screen and sign in once.
Or install the native app package, which prints through Android's own print
dialog and keeps its own storage:
Sign in with the email and password your distributor set up. If you do not
have one yet, ask your distributor admin — logins are made on their Users page. The Help & training
guide for your role is inside the app, under Home.
